GICLZ gear coupling has drum gear surface which improves the conditions of contact between the inner and outer teeth, avoids the disadvantages of stress concentration caused by the extrusion of the straight tooth edge under angular displacement, improves the friction and wear conditions of the tooth surface, reduces the noise and prolongs the maintenance period. The tooth end of the outer tooth sleeve of this product is trumpet-shaped, which makes it highly convenient to assemble and disassemble the inner and outer teeth. Drum gear couplings are widely used under low-speed and heavy-duty conditions, such as shafting transmission of metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation industries and shafting transmission of machinery related to petroleum and chemical engineering and general machinery.
Strong bearing capacity. The gear coupling has bearing capacity 11% to 20% higher than that of straight gear coupling on average under the same outer diameter of inner gear sleeve and the same maximum outer diameter of coupling.
The allowable angular displacement of straight gear coupling is 1°, while that of drum gear coupling is 1°30', which is increased by 50%. It is suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty environment.
